COLUMBIA, Md. — Claudia Marsha (Miller) Corette, 94, died peacefully on Nov. 26.

She is remembered with great love by Paul Miller, her husband of eight years; her children, Claudia Janec of Chevy Chase, Md., Gail Sylvester of Auburn and Paula LeVesque of Auburn; her brother, Jake Enos of Livermore; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many friends.

Marsha was born in Springfield, Mass., Oct. 9, 1917. Her twin, Claude Marshall died at age six of Typhoid fever. She was one of nine siblings. She married Robert Sylvester Corette on July 1, 1936, in Flushing, Long Island, N.Y. They raised their children in Auburn, where they lived for 28 years.

They retired to Fort Myers, Fla., in 1972. They moved to Columbia, Md., in 1994. Bob predeceased her on Dec. 13, 2000. She was a homemaker and an active member of the Nazarene Church. Marsha will be remembered for her deep faith in God and her simple acts of kindness.
