Key losses: Mike Degou, Tobey Harrington, Andrew MacDonnell, Timmy Dobson, Alex Corey.

Newcomers: Senior — Andrew Smith (5-10 guard); Juniorrs — Nick Collins (6-1 forward), Ryan Brewer (5-10 forward); Sophomore — Kendall Roy (5-6 guard); Freshmen — Kyle Bourget (5-10 guard), Johnny Yim (6-0 forward).

Outlook: Moving from Class B to C will be a welcome step for Lisbon. These Greyhounds are a little more athletic then last year’s team. Many younger players were thrown into the fray, and an intense summer schedule (team camp and 13 games) should help. Lisbon hopes to turn its quickness into pressure and use tiny Manchester Gym to its advantage. The Greyhounds also have the size to control the tempo in a halfcourt game.

Coach’s comment: “We need to not be afraid of those (top) teams. We need to build confidence, because this is a good, tough conference that on any night anyone can beat anyone.” — Coach Eric Hall
