AUBURN — Donald St. Germain from Don’s No Preference Towing Co., 940 Washington St., has received the prestigious American Towman ACE Award for achievement in service performance. Recipients were nominated by the nation’s major motor clubs and dispatch centers.

The nomination guidelines for the award include: the highest percentage of calls when the estimated time of arrival is achieved; consistence of response time; written appreciation from customers; and percentage of calls serviced.

The ACE Award is presented by American Towman Magazine, a leading trade publication serving emergency road service professionals. The awards were presented during the ACE Award ceremony at the Baltimore Convention Center on Nov. 20 at the American Towman Exposition.
