* Jermaine T. Hill, 31, of Portland, Dec. 11, domestic assault, $100 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

* Shannon M. Young, 23, of Bangor, Dec. 11, hindering apprehension or prosecution, $500 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.
