CHESTERVILLE — Nomination papers for a selectman’s seat are available at the Town Office.

The three-year position is held by Orin Knowles II, Town Clerk Pat Gordon said.

Anyone interested in running must return nomination papers complete with 25 signatures of registered town voters to the Town Office by Jan. 24.

The election will be held before town meeting March 12.

The Town Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. It is open from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays.
