LEWISTON — A Livermore Falls man wanted in a robbery in Wilton on Friday night was found and arrested in Lewiston on Wednesday.

Wilton police issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for Robert “Bobby” Judd, 32, who is suspected in the armed robbery of a Wilton man who was injured during the Friday night incident on Curve Street.

After Judd was released from St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center on Wednesday morning, Auburn police arrested him and took him to the Androscoggin County Jail, Wilton police Chief Heidi Wilcox said.

He was expected to be taken to the Franklin County Detention Center sometime on Wednesday, she said.

She said information on why Judd was at the hospital or details about his arrest were not available.

Police sought the public’s help Tuesday in locating Judd who is known to frequent the Rumford and Lewiston areas.
