Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on March 6 in Rumford District Court:

* Stephen Heath, 55, Rumford, felony failure to register as a convicted sex offender, 10:19 a.m. Dec. 19 on Congress Street. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 17 in Oxford County Superior Court.

* Kurt Thurston, 33, Andover, operating after suspension, 8:05 a.m. Dec. 17 on Route 2. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail.

* Phillip Ellis, 51, Canton, operating under the influence, 12:01 a.m. Dec. 15 on Route 2. He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail.

* Carl Touchette, 34, Rumford, domestic assault, 2:51 p.m. Dec. 14 on Oxford Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 7 in Rumford District Court.

In other news, officer Michael Belanger is investigating the theft of an all-terrain vehicle from a Knox Street residence. Police were contacted about the loss, estimated at $2,000, at 1:32 p.m. Dec. 16.

Sgt. Douglas Maifeld said Monday that the black and green, 2000 Arctic Cat four-wheeler was taken sometime between 3 p.m. Dec. 13 and 4 p.m. Dec. 15.
