BIDDEFORD, Maine (AP) — Police have arrested one man and have named another suspect in the theft of gift cards from a Catholic Church in Saco, Maine.

WMTW-TV reports that (http://bit.ly/rGgKO9) that 53-year-old James Haines of Biddeford was arrested Thursday night, and police have issued a summons for 50-year-old Duane Dennison, also of Biddeford.

About $200 in gift cards meant for the poor and elderly were stolen from Most Holy Trinity Church earlier this month. One of the stolen cards later was used at a supermarket, and police used surveillance video to track down the suspects.

Investigators don’t know if the thefts are related to the theft of gift cards from another Catholic church in Lyman.
