AUBURN — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday for William L.Vassar Jr. at Sacred Heart Church, under the direction of the Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Lupo officiated. The first and second reading was by Lacey Vassar and the offertory gifts were presented at the altar by Jeannie O’Brien and Theresa Morin. Bearers were Steve Curtis and James, Joseph, Andrew, Tyler-Rose and Katelyn Scammon.
