AUBURN — More than 50 students at Central Maine Community College have been inducted as new members of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges. To be a member of Phi Theta Kappa, students must be pursuing an associate degree and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
The CMCC chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, Alpha Phi Xi, held an induction ceremony Dec. 2. Chapter president Crissy LeClair presided and John Neal, recent graduate of CMCC and a Phi Theta Kappa member, delivered the main address.
