The cost of the meal is $7 per person. After the meal, the patrons will be entertained by local favorites, Lorraine Ouellette, Adrien Leclair, Irene Cody, Maurice Pelletier and Gerry Dube. Patrons are encouraged to speak only French during the meal in the newly-renovated Heritage Hall followed by entertainment in the Performance Hall.

Ouellette, on accordion, Leclair, on vocals, guitar and mandolin, and Dube, on guitar and vocals, are a well-known musical group with many years experience as entertainers. The trio have performed at outdoor festivals, Festival de Joie and the Franco-American Heritage Center in Lewiston. Proud of their Franco-American heritage, they perform French, and English, songs with polkas and jigs. They’ll be accompanied by associate musicians, Cody and Pelletier singing a variety of songs.
