RUMFORD — Patrol officers responded to 91 complaints from noon Dec. 25, 2011, to midnight Jan. 2.

Arrests/summonses

Dec. 27 at 6:10 p.m. — Lorrie-Ann Doherty, 35, Rumford, was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Maine Avenue with violation conditions of release. Doherty is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Dec. 29 at 12:40 a.m. — Tina Normand, 47, Norway, was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Route 2 on a charge of operating under the influence. Normand posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Dec. 29 at 7:58 p.m. — Charles Gannon, 19, Rumford, was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Knox Street on a warrant charging failure to appear for criminal mischief. Gannon was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.

Dec. 30 at 7:46 p.m. — David Charron, 24, Andover, was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Bridge Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for an assault. Charron was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Dec. 30 at 8:05 p.m. — Wayne Ingham, 23, Rumford, was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on two warrants charging failure to pay fines. Ingham was also charged with refusal to submit to arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $285 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court March 6 for the new charges.

Dec. 31 at 12:19 a.m. — William Hamner, 32, Rumford, was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Pine Street on a charge of operating after suspension and operating unregistered motor vehicle. Hamner posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Jan. 1 at 12:20 a.m. — Christopher Huard, 35, Rumford, was charged by Patrolman  Brad Gallant on Rumford Avenue with violation conditions of release. Huard is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Jan. 1 at 1:01 a.m. — Archie Bradeen, 30, Rumford, was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Free Street on a charge of operating under the influence. Bradeen posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Jan. 1 at 1:47 a.m. — Rodney Leach, 31, Rumford, was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rumford Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration and aggravated criminal mischief. Leach was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Jan. 1 at 1:58 a.m. — Brian Chase, 36, Mexico, was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Oxford Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct and assault. Chase was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court March 6.

Burglary

Dec. 27 at 11:18 a.m. — Patrolman Michael Belanger is investigating a burglary from a Dragoon Road residence. Estimated loss: $500.

Criminal mischief

Dec. 26 at 7:43 a.m. — Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated damage at a Waldo Street business. Estimated loss: $80.

Dec. 28 at 8:14 a.m. — Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated damage to a window at an Oxford Avenue residence. Estimated loss: $25.

Dec. 28 at 3:18 p.m. — Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated damage to a vehicle at an Andover Road residence.

Jan. 1 at 1:19 p.m. — Cpl. Lawrence Winson investigated damage to a vehicle at a Byron Street residence.

Jan. 1 at 9:15 a.m. — Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated damage to a vehicle on Falmouth Street. Estimated damage $800.

Wanted

Randy Wilbur, 20, Lewiston, is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to pay fines for operating after suspension. The warrant is dated Dec. 19.
