* Amy Touchette, 34, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of bail violation, 7:49 p.m. Jan. 3. She was released on $75 cash bail. No court date is scheduled.

* Rodney Kneeland, 38, Andover, violation of a protection from abuse order, 9:35 p.m. Jan. 2. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Archie Bradeen, 30, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:01 a.m. Jan. 1 on Free Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* William Hamner, 32, Rumford, operating after suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:19 a.m. Dec. 31 on Pine Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Wayne Ingham, 23, Rumford, two warrants charging failure to pay fines, refusal to submit to arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, 8:05 p.m. Dec. 30 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $285 cash bail.

* Tina Normand, 47, Norway, operating under the influence, 12:40 a.m. Dec. 29 on Route 2. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.
