Seth M. Matthews, 23, of Rumford, Jan. 9, failure to appear for charges of violation of bail condition and disorderly conduct, Rumford Police Department.

Fred E. Rolfe III, 35, of West Paris, Jan. 9, failure to pay fines, Maine State Police.
