At Bedard Senior Care our primary focus is you. We are open seven days a week and our staff of experienced pharmacists and couriers are available to meet your needs day or night. Our existing delivery network, which includes a fleet of four-wheel-drive vehicles and courteous drivers, ensures that your order is received when needed.
Bedard Senior Care is Central Maine’s only freestanding, independent, long-term care pharmacy. We offer “one stop shopping,” with a variety of services not traditionally available in long-term care pharmacies. Our new state-of-the-art building in Auburn features an ISO Class-3 Sterile Products Complex, allowing us to provide the highest-quality infusion therapy products for your facility.
Located under the same roof is our Bedard Medical Equipment division. At Bedard Medical, we offer high quality durable medical equipment and services to meet the needs of your residents. We staff certified fitters for products such as compression hosiery and mastectomy supplies, to name a few.
Our local support is not just on the dispensing side, but more importantly, it continues on the consulting side. The Bedard Senior Care consultants perform a comprehensive drug regimen review utilizing the most up-to-date information provided from their laptop computers. Our consultants have a thorough understanding of regulatory issues, which makes the consultant pharmacist a valuable asset to your facility. Our consultants are also available to support your staff throughout the survey process and will attend exit interviews if desired.
In addition, you receive the support from the Senior Management Team at Bedard, which commands over 65 years of long-term care pharmacy experience. Unlike our competition, decisions on how to service our customers are made in Auburn, Maine, not in a boardroom located in Kentucky or Georgia. At Bedard we are proud of our local community, and that is why members from our Senior Management Team also serve as members on the boards of directors for area health care agencies.
