FARMINGTON — Memorial visitation, followed by a service of remembrance and celebration for the life and lifetime of Sally Meader were held at the Wiles Remembrance Center. The Rev. Laura E. Church was the officiating pastor. The service began with the lighting of a memorial candle by her grandchildren. Scripture readings included Psalm 23, Romans 5:1-5; 8:35-39 and gospel reading from John 14. Kathy Meader sang “Amazing Grace” and grandson, Ross Carl and family friend, Daniel Taylor played the guitar and sang “Let’s Just Breathe” by Pearl Jam. Her daughter, Christine Leathers, offered a personal eulogy of gratitude. Following services, an evening comfort reception was held at the Vienna Methodist Church. Spring inurnment will be at the North Vienna Cemetery.
