Sergey V. Bondarev, 30, of Somerville, Mass., Jan. 17, operating under the influence and operating without a license, $600 cash bail, Fryeburg Police Department.

Tammy C. Finnan, 37, of Sumner, Jan. 17, operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violation of bail condition, $1,000 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.
