FREEMAN TOWNSHIP — Rebecca Lynn Downs (Louise Maiuri) is the loving daughter of Diane Lynn Downs and Roger Aurthur Downs II. Rebecca passed away Jan. 8, due to a tragic auto accident.

Rebecca was born Nov. 10, 1991 at Stephens Memorial Hospital. She was raised by her parents, Diane and Roger A. Downs II. When Rebecca was 17, she chose to be adopted by Tiffany Maiuri. Rebecca changed her name to Rebecca Louise Maiuri by the age of 18.

Rebecca is survived by her son, Gabriel James Keith and his father, Austin James Keith of Farmington; Rebecca’s parents, Diane L. Downs of South Paris and Roger A. Downs II of Ocala, Fla.; stepdad, Shawn E. Gammon of Sumner; stepmom, Maryanne Downs of Ocala, Fla.; three brothers, Roger Aurthur Downs III, Aiden Andrew Gammon and Trenton Timothy Robbins; three sisters, Monica Leona Downs, Shelby Rae Downs and Taylor Marie Gammon; maternal grandparents, Phyllis Gloria Brough of Mechanic Falls (deceased) and Billie Gene Brough of Norway; paternal grandparents, Roger and Elizabeth Downs of Ocala, Fla.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; adoptive parent, Tiffany Maiuri of Wilton; and adoptive sisters, Amy Thompson and Taimyia Joseph.

Rebecca was successful in anything and everything she did. She loved arts and crafts, music, dancing, swimming and sewing. She loved flowers and butterflies, but what she loved most was spending time with her son, brothers and sisters. 

Rebecca is the most amazing, unique, beautiful inside and out sunshine daughter. She is the best mother, daughter and sister anyone could ask for. Rebecca is truly missed and deeply loved by all who knew her. She will always be in our hearts.
