AUBURN — Suzanne M. Chenard, 60, of Lewiston, passed away on Monday, Jan. 16, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice with her loving family at her side. She was born Feb. 3, 1951, a daughter of Joan (Bruce) Chenard and the late Alphee A. Chenard. She lived her entire life in the Lewiston-Auburn area attending local schools. One of her greatest joys was going to Corinne and Wayne’s for good wine and sharing many laughs.
Although she suffered much in her life, she loved living and the precious time spent with her mother, sisters, brother, nieces and nephews.
Suzanne has resided at Montell Manor for the past 5 years of her life, where she was surley loved and adored. Sue smiled the most when she would see her mother.
Suzanne is survived by her mother, Joan (Bruce) Chenard of Lewiston; her brother, Jack Chenard and his wife, Connie, of Scarborough; two sisters, Judith Whitney and her husband, Clifton, of Lewiston and Corinne LaLemand and her husband, Wayne, of Turner; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Alphee A. Chenard; her paternal and maternal grandparents; along with her longtime love, Dicki Fongemine
Family and friends are invited to offer condolences and pay tribute to Suzanne’s life by visiting her guest book at www.thefortingroupauburn.com.
