Oxford Hills Middle School seventh graders said thank you and happy holidays to the Oxford Hills community by handing out their decorated bags free to Hannaford customers as they entered the store. Each decorated cloth bag also had a student poem in it. Three of the students spreading holiday wishes are, from left, Kaylee Dow, Laura Valeri and Jarret Bundy. Assisting the students, back row, were Santa’s helper, Beverly Yates and Cheryl Lang, OHMS literacy coach and school coordinator of the program. OHMS students have been decorating bags for Hannaford customers since 2001.
