The Chamber is partnering with member Webber Energy Fuels to bring a series of cost-saving workshops to Franklin County. This opportunity is made possible through Webber’s community outreach efforts in collaboration with Care & Comfort. Each session focuses on the variety of inexpensive approaches people can take to button up their homes and cut down on heating costs. The presenters, Will Beck and Don Macomber, use a mock-home display to show workshop participants how to identify trouble spots in the home, which materials are right for the job, how much they cost locally, and how to use the variety of products available.
The workshop will be repeated four times in various locations throughout the county, and each will run from 5:30-7 pm. Each session is FREE to attend and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided. No R.S.V.P. required. FMI, contact the Chamber at 778-4215.
