NEW GLOUCESTER — Multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Dale Robin Goodman will perform a program of traditional and tradition-inspired American music on Saturday, March 3, at the Village Coffee House.

Whether performing on banjo, guitar or Appalachian dulcimer, Goodman brings a contemporary energy to the songs of long ago. She plays folk, blues, early bluegrass and vintage country.

After many years of supporting the music of other artists as an agent, producer, presenter and journalist, Goodman has recorded a CD of her own music, “Sweet & Salty” on Wepecket Island Records, which has been receiving airplay around the country.

Goodman will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the coffeehouse at New Gloucester Congregational Church, 19 Gloucester Hill Road. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children. For more information, visit www.dalerobin.com or at www.villagecoffeehouse.org.
