AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer Lead Like a Champion on March 13, from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost of the class is $79 and includes materials.
Participants will develop self-leadership practices to facilitate authentic team leadership. The learners will gain greater self-awareness in order to expand team synergy and define team success in their department/division. Key components that will be addressed include: chemistry, communication, coaching and creating buy-in to provide strategies and tools for taking a team’s performance to the next level.
This noncredit course is open to anyone currently trying to maximize performance by creating team cohesion in the workplace.
Registration for this course is open and ongoing, however space is limited. Deadline for registration is March 6.
