BOSTON — Hillary Deane, daughter of Robert and Mary Beth Deane of Jay, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2011 fall semester at The New England Institute of Art with a 3.9 GPA.
In addition, Deane is a third semester resident assistant and admissions ambassador. She was recently elected as the school’s vice president of Alpha Beta Kappa, a premier national honor society for America’s private post-secondary schools, institutes, colleges and universities.
A 2010 graduate of Jay High School, Deane is majoring in the Bachelor of Science photography program.
