BIDDEFORD/PORTLAND — Rachelle Moulton, daughter of Jessica Cooper and Chris Crossman of Brunswick and Lewiston, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2011 fall semester at the University of New England. A 2011 graduate of Lisbon High School, Moulton is a major in dental hygiene. She is also actively involved at the university in volunteering for the Relay for Life and donating blood to the Red Cross.
