PARIS – The following arrests were recorded at the Oxford County Jail:

Jonathan Micheal Bulliner, 20, of Norway, Feb. 28 at 10:14 a.m. by Norway police, charged with failure to appear, domestic assault, violation of bail conditions, disorderly conduct, burglary, theft, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Flanders, 19, of Hebron, Feb. 28 at 3:53 p.m. at Hannaford supermarket by Oxford police, theft and violation of bail conditions.

Katelynn E. Giasson, 23, of Peru, Feb. 28 at 8:44 p.m. by Rumford police,  violation of bail conditions.

Rhoderick Chadborne Hayes, 34, of Conway, N.H., Feb. 28 at 10:15 p.m. by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating without a license.

William Scott Schisler, 22, of Peru, Feb. 28 at 10:25 p.m. by Rumford police, violation of bail conditions and illegal attachment of plates.

Mason Leon Shane, 23, of West Paris, Feb. 28 at 5:23 p.m. by Paris police for failure to pay fines.
