AUBURN — The Auburn/Lewiston YMCA boys 3rd and 4th-grade boys’ travel team concluded its season by repeating its championship in the tournament at the Brunswick Recreation Department this past weekend. A/L defeated Greely 33-27, Gardiner 31-15 and Portland 32-17 to clinch the title.

Against Greely, Austin Brown led the charge with 21 points, followed by Joel Stubbs with eight and Giles Paradie and Corey Wiers with two each.

Brown again led the attack against Gardiner with 10 points, followed by Stubbs with seven and Paradie and Storm Jipson with six each. Dan Milks also added two points.

In the championship against Portland, Brown and Paradie each had 10 points. Max Creaser added six, Stubbs four and Milks two points in the effort.
