* Crystal Lee Miller, 25,  listed as transient, on charges of driving after having been declared a habitual offender, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release, 7:20 p.m. Tuesday at 184 Bates St.

* Phillip Donald Meeks, 44, of 122 Holland St., on charges of domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime, 12:05 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

* Amy Lynn Canney, 26, of 178 Blake St., on a charge of disorderly conduct, 4 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

* Michael Lee Gray, 26, of 116 Pierce St., on a warrant, 5:07 a.m. Wednesday at 235 Blake St.

Accidents

Auburn

* A pickup driven by Robert Evans, 47, of Bryant Pond, lost a tire while Evans was driving west on Summer Street at 11:10 a.m. Monday. The left rear tire and rim rolled off the vehicle and struck a car driven by Laurie B. Nutter, 32, of Auburn, who was traveling in the opposite direction. Nutter’s 2009 Toyota was towed. Damage to Evans’ 1988 Chevrolet was listed as minor.
