LEWISTON — Therese N. Cloutier, 90, of Lewiston passed away peacefully Sunday, March 4, at the home of her son, Robert in Lewiston, where she has resided for the last four months.

She was born in Lewiston, April 22, 1921, daughter of Pierre A. and Clara P. (Paradis) Nadeau. She married Gerard D. Cloutier on June 26, 1948 at Saints Peter and Paul Church. She attended Lewiston schools and worked at Androscoggin and Libbey mills.

She enjoyed cooking and baking, especially brownies and her famous ice-box cake and meat pies during the holidays, senior day trips with her lifetime friend, Georgette. She also enjoyed her cat, sewing, reading books and family gatherings.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years; her sons, Donald and wife, Martine and Robert and wife, Joline; five grandchildren, Jody Cloutier and wife, Kristy, Jason Cloutier and wife, Arlyn, Michelle Thibault and husband, John, Jennie Cloutier-Austin and husband, Adam and Stacy Cloutier and companion, Joshua Bonaventura-Sparagna; two great-grandchildren, John Cloutier and Carter Austin; stepgrandchildren, Tina Letourneau, Victor Ingram, Veronica Ducharme, Peggy Hockett; stepgreat-grandchildren, Jeremiah Borden, Desiree Ducharme, Trevor Ducharme, Skylar Ducharme, Cody Letourneau, Kelsey Letourneau, Megan and Amanda Ingram and Amber Tillman; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Roland, Paul, Raymond and Joseph Nadeau; her sisters-in-law, Lucille Riffert and Carmen Beaudry; and a grandson, Douglas Drouin.
