Bronwyn Townsend

NEWRY — The wedding of Bronwyn Lydia Townsend and Tyson  Joseph Flagg was held on Sept. 30 at Ski Esta in Newry. The Rev. Marian Marks officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Kay Townsend of Greene. The bridegroom is the son of John and Jayne Flagg of Jay.

Jennifer Townsend, cousin of the bride, attended as maid of honor. Eva Cohen, niece, was flower girl.

Mark Edwards, friend of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Ring bearer was Luciano Cohen, nephew.

A reception followed at Ski Esta. The couple is residing in Portland.

The bride is currently studying art at the University of Southern Maine. She previously graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. In addition, she works for Concordia Partners in Portland as a wellness coach.

The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine where he received a bachelor’s degree in history. He currently works as the leasing manager for Port Property Management in Portland.
