Unless noted otherwise, the following will be arraigned on May 8 in Rumford District Court:

* Kenneth Armstrong, 23, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 11:40 p.m. March 11 on Pine Street. He was released on $250 cash bail. It is unknown if a court date was scheduled.

* Belinda Briere, 45, Rumford, allowing minors and juveniles to consume alcohol, 12:22 a.m. March 10 on Swain Road. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.
