BRUNSWICK — The Theater Project will present “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, on March 23-25 and March 30 to  April 1.

“It’s all about love, even more so than ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ and Shakespeare shows the different faces of love: young love, love between two heroic warriors and love in the fairy kingdom,” said director Al Miller.

“In addition,” he said, “like folklorists before and after him, Shakespeare creates a magical world in the night forest, a world both very different from and quite the same as the day world of humans in town.”

“It’s a delightful challenge to work with adults and high-school actors to produce this play,” Miller said. “The maturity, energy and imagination they come up with will fuel our production.”

Curtain is 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; 2 p.m. on Sunday. All tickets are pay what you want. Call 729-8584 or visit www.theaterproject.com. The Theater Project is at 14 School St.
