MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Manchester police say a man is due in court this week to face burglary and criminal threatening charges after entering the wrong apartment this weekend and getting into bed.
WMUR-TV says (http://bit.ly/xOy0JN ) police arrested 31-year-old Joshua O’Shea early Saturday. Police say O’Shea allegedly entered an apartment on Chestnut Street, thinking it was the residence of a woman he had met earlier in the night, and got into bed.
But police say it was the wrong apartment and when the tenant of the apartment came home, he attacked O’Shea.
O’Shea was in the hospital Sunday morning. He’s due in court on Monday to face charges of burglary and criminal threatening.
