Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on May 8 in Rumford District Court:
* Billie-Jo Lawton, 39, Rumford, burglary and theft, 8 p.m. March 18 on Waldo Street. She was released on $1,500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on June 5 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.
* Shane Richard, 27, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 4:09 p.m. March 17 on Spruce Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
* Robert Bradford, 20, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 2:25 a.m. March 17. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
* Billy Smith, 19, Rumford, domestic assault, 5:22 p.m. March 16 on Franklin Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
In other police news, Chief Stacy Carter said Tuesday that the investigation continues into a criminal mischief spree believed to have occurred on the evening of March 17.
The window of a car parked on Route 2 and one in a car on Route 108 were shot out with what police believe was a BB gun. A window at the Tri-County Mental Health building on Congress Street was also shot out.
Damage to the Tri-County window was estimated at $1,000; to the Route 2 car, $150; and to the Route 108 car, that wasn’t listed in the police report yet.
