LEWISTON — Funeral services honoring the life of Michael T. Goff were held Wednesday at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home with Deacon John Brennan presiding. During the service, the New Testament reading was proclaimed by family friend, Bob Stone, and the prayer of the faithful was recited by family friend, Donna Daigle. Words of remembrance were shared by co-worker, Mike Leahey, who shared the early years of employment with Mike at Sprinkler Services Inc. of which an entire delegation from the company were in attendance. Stepdaughter, Nicole Ouellete shared how special Mike was as a stepdad to her, and how wonderful and loving Mike was to their mother, Julie and their entire family. Local music legend, Ed Boucher shared memories of Mike’s early years playing for the Innkeepers at the local Pal Hops as well as what made Mike such a special musician, and great friend to all who knew him. At the conclusion of services, all in attendance greeted the Goff family with their own personal condolences, and then were all invited to a reception of fellowship at the Carriage Banquet Facility in Lewiston.
