UPDATE: According to Androscoggin County police, the missing man was found late Thursday.

A Turner man who was recently despondent was reported missing, police said Thursday.

The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Michael Dumont, 48.

He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and L.L. Bean boots. He was driving a light blue 1992 Toyota Corolla four-door with Maine registration 2513PT.

Family members and friends said Dumont has been “very depressed” and they’re concerned about his well-being.

He was last seen on March 15 in Turner.
