* Tristin J. Dayon, 31, of Dixfield, March 21, fugitive from justice, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Kevin B. Haines, 52, of Norway, March 22, operating under the influence, $500 unsecured bond, Norway Police Department.

* Jonathan R. Paine, 26, of Norway, March 22, possession of schedule W drug and violation of condition of release, Norway Police Department.
