LEWISTON — The fourth-annual Battle of the Badges hockey game is Friday, March 30 at Androscoggin Bank Colisee.

There will be a family skate from 7 p.m. to 7:40 p.m., followed by the game between Maine fire departments and Lewiston Police Department at 7:50 p.m.

All proceeds will benefit the Officer David Payne Memorial. Donations will be taken at the door for family skate and the game itself. Money is being raised to benefit a granite memorial for Payne, who ws killed in the line of duty on July 23, 1988. T-shirts are available and will be sold at the game.
