LEWISTON — The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society will host its first ASPCA Mega Match-a-thon, “Meet Your Match,” on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 30, 31 and April 1.

The shelter’s goal is to adopt 175 or more animals in three days. It will join 54 other organizations across the country. Pets will be spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations.  

Adoption fees will be waived on  adult cats (6 months and older) and adult dogs (a year and older). Fees on younger pets will be as follows: $95 for kittens (under 6 months, $280 for puppies (under 6 months) and $50 for dogs (6 months to a year).
