MEXICO — The Police Department handled 52 complaints during the past six days. Among them were the following.

* A 2008 Nissan pickup truck driven by Gary Coffin, 61, Highland Terrace, Mexico, struck a moose calf on Route 2 near Naples Packing Co. at 8:11 p.m. March 26. The moose was killed. Coffin was not injured. The truck sustained $3,000 damage.

* A resident of Janine Road in Rumford reported at 3:07 p.m. March 21 that he had lost a laptop computer on the Backkingdom Road.

* Police recovered a laptop computer and flat-screen TV that was stolen from a Chase Avenue resident last week in a burglary.
