LEWISTON — The Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce will be holding its annual Not Your Normal Formal gala and fundraiser on Friday, May 4, with the Kentucky Derby again being the theme.

The event runs from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Ramada Conference Center, and features food, music, contests and games, entertainment and door prizes. But the highlight of the annual fundraiser will be the auction: Chamber member businesses donate more than 100 auction items worth more than $35,000, including vacation trips and dinner parties.

Many participants dress for the Kentucky Derby theme, but it is not required. General admission is $100 for two seats, with corporate table sponsorships set at $800 for 10 seats.
