LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday for Florence F. Belanger at Holy Cross Church following prayers from the Dostie Funeral Home. Monsignor Marc Caron celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Florence’s grandson, Michael Belanger, read the scripture reading and her daughter-in-law, Patricia Belanger, read the prayer of the faithful. Her grandson, Jeff Belanger and his wife, Molly, presented the gifts of offertory. Pallbearers were Marc Belanger, Jarrod and Jordan Shufeldt, and Roger Caron.
