AUBURN — Ruth M. Stowe, 91, of Auburn, died Friday, March 23, at the Odd Fellows Home.

She was born in Casco, June 18, 1920, the daughter of Benjamin and Mabel Agnes Tripp Small. She attended schools in Freeport. She had three children, Dennis, Ricky and Randy.

She had been employed as an office manager for an installation company in Auburn. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending her days at Androscoggin Lake with her family. She was a member of TOPS for many years. She enjoyed painting and took weekly art classes at Court Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Stowe and his wife, Sharon, of Castle Rock, Colo.; a daughter-in-law, Tammy Stowe of Auburn; grandchildren, David Stowe, Heather Bottone and Katie and Amy Stowe; and great-grandchildren, Emily and Sara Maines, Benjamin and Isabelle Stowe, Jacob Bottone and Angelina Valiente.

She was predeceased by her two sons, Richard and Randy Stowe.
