AUBURN — The Maine Real Estate and Development Association is offering a breakfast event, “Improving the Energy Efficiency of your Commercial Properties,” from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on April 25 at the Martindale Country Club in Auburn.
Chuck Porter from Efficiency Maine’s Business Programs will be discussing the many ways Efficiency Maine can help business owners improve the energy efficiency and value of your commercial properties, become more competitive in attracting tenants, benefit from energy savings and lowering energy costs.
At Efficiency Maine, Porter is responsible for the technical analysis of energy cost savings measures and conducts training programs for clients and partners. He manages the successful Qualified Partners Program, the Direct Install On-Bill Financing Pilot Program and the Education/Training outreach initiative.
