LEWISTON — Gayle Nelson, 44, born Dec. 5, 1967, died peacefully on March 29, with devoted friends by her bedside. Gayle was the adopted daughter of Sally and S. Lennart Nelson.

Gayle was a beautiful soul with a big smile and warm heart. There are many who cared deeply for her and will miss her greatly. Her family wishes to thank Twenty Four Old Lisbon Road staff for the wonderful care given to Gayle. She loved you all and you were truly her extended family.
