WATERVILLE — Area students were named to the dean’s list at Colby College for their outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2011-12 year.

Hannah C. DeAngelis, a member of the Class of 2012, is the daughter of Steven DeAngelis and Tara Wicks of Readfield and is majoring in anthropology. She attended Maranacook Community School.

Kristen J. Erickson, a member of the Class of 2012, is the daughter of David and Jane Erickson of Auburn, and is majoring in psychology with a neuroscience concentration. She attended Edward Little High School.

Sierra N. Medling, a member of the Class of 2012, is the daughter of Christine Tropeano of Farmington and Tracy Medling of Anson and is majoring in religious studies. She attended Mount Blue High School.

Greg E. Merritt, a member of the Class of 2012, is the son of Gerald and Anita Merritt of Auburn, and is majoring in mathematical sciences. He attended Edward Little High School.

Jason M. Parrett, a member of the Class of 2012, is the son of Stephen Parrett and Ann Kessler-Parrett of Stratton and is majoring in economics. He attended Mount Abram Regional High School.

Jennie A. Buskin, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of Richard and Helaine Buskin of Brownfield and is majoring in mathematics. She attended Fryeburg Academy.

Courtney L. Erskine, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of James and Lisa Erskine of Turner and is majoring in human development (independent). She attended Leavitt Area High School.

Sarah C. Fensore, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of David and Carolyn Fensore of New Gloucester and is majoring in French studies. She attended Hebron Academy.

Lauren M. Kerr, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of Robert and Kathleen Kerr of Farmington, and is majoring in global studies. She attended Mount Blue High School.

Eliza B. Laamoon, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of Mike Limur and Heidi Blake of Denmark and is majoring in East Asian studies. She attended Fryeburg Academy.

Sean M. Merz, a member of the Class of 2013, is the son of Richard and Pamela Merz of South Paris and is majoring in mathematics. He attended Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

Alexandra A. Nichols, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of Daren Nichols of Minot and Jeffrey Bessey and Ashley Hodgdon Bessey of West Farmington and is majoring in French studies. She attended Mount Blue High School.

Mary M. Randall, a member of the Class of 2013, is the daughter of John Randall and Elizabeth White of New Gloucester and is majoring in theater and dance. She attended Hebron Academy.
