Photographs by Beth Francis, who finds her art form “both rewarding and humbling,” will be on view through May 4 in L/A Arts’ Art and Ale gallery window at Gritty McDuff’s. Before getting into photography, Francis worked in desktop publishing. She says she likes to capture the outdoors and bring it inside for others to enjoy. She especially enjoys revealing the beauty of ordinary things we tend to overlook in our busy lives. In the past year, she has presented in five shows, sold some photographs and won third place in a juried show. Gritty’s is at 68 Main St., Auburn. For more information, call 782-7228 or email [email protected].
