LEWISTON — Theresa A. Pomerleau, 71, lifelong resident of Lewiston, passed away Saturday, April 7, at Marshwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Facility, with family at her side.

She was born in Rumford, Nov. 13, 1940, a daughter of the late Henry and Clara (Gilbert) Rancourt. Theresa was educated in local schools and worked for many years as an administrative assistant at local businesses. She was married on July 3, 1965  to Roger J. Pomerleau, who predeceased her in January of this year.

As a faithful and devout Catholic, she was a longtime member of the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul Parish and regularly read her Bible and watched religious programming. She was a loving and devoted wife who enjoyed family time, beano and listening and singing to music. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
