LEWISTON — “Nutrition: How to Make It Work For You” will be the topic of a presentation set for the Thursday, April 19, meeting of the Central and Western Maine ICD Support Group.

Amanda Hutchins, child and adolescent health coordinator at Healthy Androscoggin, will discuss breaking down barriers to eating a healthy diet, focusing on portion sizes, how to read a nutrition label and eating healthy on a budget.

The Central and Western Maine ICD Support Group is for individuals who have an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Family members and other support persons are also welcomed to attend.
