AUBURN — The MEMIC Center for Workplace Safety at Central Maine Community College will host Integrating Safety with Business Goals. The four leadership classes will meet every other week on Tuesdays, May 8 and 22, and June 5 and 19.

The Specialty Certificate Program in Leadership is designed to teach ways to integrate safety with business goals and eliminate performance barriers. Participants will develop an action plan to use in their workplace and learn to coordinate executive management’s safety goals with frontline supervision objectives. The students will also practice existing managerial skills and attitudes with current learning.

The cost is $850 and includes all materials. This series is open to the public, and MEMIC policy holders are eligible for a discount.
